United Kingdom. The main purpose of the company is to facilitate
the acquisition of companies or businesses operating in the food
sector, and the main country of operation is the United Kingdom.
Following the hive up of the subsidiary companies, RGFC is now a
publicly quoted UK food group trading in the food sector.
Since our inception as a Food Group the
landscape of the food sector has changed and subsequently the Group
and its markets have evolved. RGFC has at its heart an
