About Us

The Real Good Food Company plc is an organisation that has been established to build, through acquisition and organic growth, a food group which will focus on the supply of a range of premium chilled, frozen and ambient products to the retail, foodservice and manufacturing industries.

The Directors believe that an opportunity exists to acquire companies or businesses which are considered to be non-core operations of larger food groups and private companies that require investment in management or infrastructure.

The Directors will be seeking to integrate the acquired businesses into the Group's existing operations in order to achieve operational improvements, enhance trading margins and profitability, and to maximise cross selling opportunities within the Group's customer base.

The Real Good Food Company plc was incorporated in February 2003 in the United Kingdom originally as an investment holding company to facilitate the acquisition of companies or businesses operating in the food sector. Its main country of operation is the United Kingdom. Following the hive up of the subsidiary companies, The Real Good Food Company plc, is now a publicly quoted UK food group trading in the food sector.
