The Real Good Food Company plc ("Real Good Food" or "the Group"), is a supplier
of sugars and bakery ingredients and a manufacturer of bakery products
The Board of Real Good Food announces that Lee Camfield Chief Financial Officer
has resigned from the Group, after five years' dedicated service, in order to
pursue his career elsewhere, as Chief Operating Officer of a large,
privately-owned food manufacturing business.
Michael (Mike) John McDonough ACMA, aged 50, who has been with the business
since 1989 and is currently Commercial Finance Director is to be appointed Group
Finance Director. He will take over day to day to responsibility for the finance
function with immediate effect. To ensure a smooth handover, Lee Camfield will
remain with the Group until late summer.
Stephen Heslop, Chief Executive Officer, comments:
"I would like to thank Lee for his commitment to the Group over the past five
years and to the role he played in the successful consolidation of our two
principal operating businesses earlier this year to form RenshawNapier. We
recognise that this is a great opportunity for him and wish him well for the
future."
There are no other matters relating to this appointment which require disclosure
under Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) items (ii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules for
Companies.
